Crisis management, as provided by Ray Holmes of Solid Light, is an intervention process where a change in the life situation of a person (that is deemed uncontrollable and/or causes them to feel powerless) is managed to effect positive change. The intervention process is a method to bring reason, sensibility, composure, balance and, finally, normalcy to everyday affairs--a process to bring order out of a chaotic situation. Ray Holmes guides clients in the management of dealing with the negativity that has manifest as a "crisis." This intervention always necessitates client participation and understanding as to how the situation came about in the first place; and, how an understanding of the whole will result in an overall solution rather than a band-aid approach. Further, through the skills of Ray Holmes, as evident in the immediate stabilization of the crisis, Solid Light can help limit how much damage may occur during the crisis situation. |
